This Handmade Roman Lorica Squamata is a historically inspired scale armor reenactment piece, crafted using a striking mix of brass and tin scales for a distinctive Roman appearance. The armor is a two-part construction, featuring a full torso armor with an additional shoulder doubler for enhanced protection and authenticity.

Hundreds of overlapping brass and tin scales are carefully stitched onto a thick cotton fabric backing, allowing flexibility while maintaining strength. The armor is finished with red stitched leather edging, giving it a bold, traditional Roman look and a durable structural frame.
